Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 4, 2026

Recuro ("we", "our", "us") operates the recurohq.com website and the Recuro HTTP job scheduling service. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

Account data

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you enable two-factor authentication we store the encrypted TOTP secret.

Usage data

We log HTTP request metadata for scheduled jobs you create -- URLs, methods, status codes, response times, and timestamps. This data powers execution history, retry logic, and alerting. We do not inspect or store the response bodies of your endpoints beyond what is needed for the execution log you see in the dashboard.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to understand how visitors use the marketing site. No personal data is sent to third-party advertising networks.

How we use your data

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), and only to the extent necessary to operate the service. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Execution logs are retained according to your plan's retention window. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. Database backups are encrypted at rest.

Your rights

You may export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. If you have questions or requests regarding your data, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
