These terms govern your use of the Recuro website and service ("Service") operated by Recuro ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Recuro is a cloud-hosted HTTP job scheduler. You configure cron schedules or push one-off jobs via the API, and we execute HTTP requests to the endpoints you specify on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API tokens. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, delayed executions, or missed cron runs.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
